I had a leak under my kitchen sink in which water was pouring out excessively and it was something which couldn’t be left overnight and after phoning multiple emergency plumbers, J.S Gas & Plumbing Services came to the rescue. I phoned at 9:15pm and they arrived within the hour. They rectified the problem straight away and managed to stop the leak temporarily until the next morning as the part I needed was foreign and they were not sure if they would be able to get a replacement. He suggested that he will go and get the part in the morning and let me know what was happening asap. The next morning I called the plumber and he managed to get the part and an hour later he was at the door and the problem under my sink was fully sorted. I would highly recommend these guys as nothing was too much trouble and they were very reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely be seeing them again soon 😀

Having tried several ’emergency’ plumbers at 9pm on a Friday evening without success and water coming down the stairs & through the bathroom flooring to the kitchen I managed to get hold of Joe. He came out quickly and found the problem. He even had the pipe required on his van and fitted it, and tested to see that all was ok. He was very pleasant. I will not hesitate in contacting him again if needed.

Having been let down by another plumber I contacted Joe. He arrived as promised and on time. He diagnosed the issue promptly, unfortunately the boiler needed a new part which Joe didn’t have with him at the time. So we arranged for him to come back the next day with the part. He did so and got the boiler working without delay. His charges were reasonable with no hidden charges. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you Joe.

My Mum had been let down by numerous Plumbers and Gas Engineers, so I looked online on her behalf and found Joe. Joe promised to turn up on time and do his best to resolve the problem with the LPG boiler in my Mum’s caravan.
I can honestly say Joe is a man of his word! He turned up on time, he was reliable and according to my Mum, has the patience of a saint with tricky problems!
True to his promise, he identified the problem, got a new part and had the boiler up and running in just over 24 hours, my Mum is delighted.
