Fantastic service from Joe… the boiler in property that I rent out had stopped working. Joe was able to go out on a Sunday afternoon to have a look and make it safe, and then was able to install a new boiler within a week at a competitive price! I had dreadful experiences with two gas engineers before I found Joe. Money wasted on repairs that did not work, an engineer who failed to turn up. After 3-4 weeks without hot water to find an honest, honorable trades person who turns up when they say they will and tells you the truth – not excuses – is amazing. How I wish I had found Joe straightaway. The service provided could not be faulted in cost, delivery and outcome. I would recommend him with no hesitation and will keep his details for the future.

Got no heating or hot water on this cold weather. They came in less than an hour and in less than 15 minutes I got all working excellent. I’m very grateful that I found them on google.

I was given Joe’s number by BIASI in 2016 to repair my boiler. On Friday, 10 Feb 18, my husband found boiler leaking. Rang Joe immediately and he came round within a couple of hours. He found the problem and we discussed remedies including a new boiler. We took Joe’s advice and opted to have a new Worcester Bosch and Joe said he wouldn’t leave me cold for too long – saying he’d even come Sunday!!! Imagine my surprise when he messaged at 0630 on Sunday morning. Joe and his trusty sidekick Joel arrived at 0900 and stayed till 1800. They worked really hard in difficult working conditions (cramped attic). After a couple of days in blankets to wake up Monday morning to a nice cosy atmosphere was bliss and then a hot morning shower – and I mean HOT – heavenly.
Very very grateful to Joe and Joel for putting a couple of old uns before a lazy Sunday. Thank You.

Needed a gas fire re-connecting, was let down by SPLOSH who fitted our boiler but never turned to reconnection. Was given Joe’s number by another tradesman, contacted Joe he put me in touch with his gas fitter Ryan who turned up looked at the job on Saturday gave me his quote, we agreed the quote, agreed to be done on the Wednesday. Turned up on time cracked with the job, very clean and tidy fire back on happy days. Would recommend this company first class job, very satisfied thank you. 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

I was recommended Joe by another plumber who obviously thought the job was too big or complicated for him. Joe was amazing getting to root cause of a complicated problem and install, kept me up to speed with progress whilst he was getting parts etc. Even went to the trouble of sourcing a re-conditioned part which he didn’t have to do. Went over and above so definitely will use him again and recommend him to you all !!

Our boiler stopped working , a couple of years ago and it was winter!!!. Joe came out to look at it and it turned out not to be an easy job. I think he virtually dismantled it to find what was wrong . I admire his determination and his commitment . Jo is a very well mannered ,professional person . Prepared to go that extra mile . He had the boiler up and running . Today we called Joe regarding an issue in our new house , unfortunately it wasn’t something he dealt with . He gave us a number for one of his colleagues , who was prompted to visit and sorted out the issues. I was asked by joe to let him know how we got on , and if the issue hadn’t been resolved he would sort something out for us .
Honest , trustworthy . And professional . Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with Joe’s service and professionalism. He made an initial call within an hour of me phoning and called back first thing next morning to fit the thermister needed to mend my boiler. I would be happy to use his services again!
